Scott Hall, the campus facilities director came to us and asked if we would do a small project to consolidate restrooms at each side of the campus. This project, another "bartos surgery" project. We combined Male/Female toilet rooms into a male restroom on one side of campus and female on the other side. By doing this we were able to increase the overall number of fixtures available. The project provided updated finishes, accessibility, and more fixtures for the students.

The project required all new underground utilities/plumbing. New concrete floors are exposed with a clear finish. Walls are tiled with a "stack bond" subway tile. Fixtures are all electric (battery powered). Toilet partitions are solid phenolic.
