Galileo High School, in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco. GHS is part of the San Francisco Unified School District. Galileo is a historic landmark building (it has an actual astronomical observatory that we hope to someday help restore!)

We worked carefully with the SFUSD facilities department and their glazing department to replace several windows with modern aluminum frames in a sensitive upgrading of the existing wood window system.

The project also consisted of a renovation of the existing gymnasium. New Lighting, new hydrongic heating system, refinished floors, new screen separating the gymnasium to practice areas, new lighting and newly/refinished painted surfaces (wainscot and upper walls)
